Shared IT Staff
Whether you have your own IT staff or are ready to share ours, you can consider SISU Medical System's information technology experts an extension of your own facility's staff.
We work for you and look out for your facility's best interests at all times by maintaining coverage 24 x 7 x 365. Support is just a phone call away.
Network management, data center operations, the SISU Support Center and regular site visits are examples of services covered under our normal operating budget. SISU staff can also be contracted for other non-budget projects you may have.

Your own IT staff, a SISU staff member on-site, or assistance available upon demand are all options for IT support. By identifying the best solution for your facility, SISU can provide quality support to meet your needs.
If you prefer on-site IT personnel and would like assistance in the hiring process, SISU can assist with both hiring and managing Support Technicians for your facility.
Several of our facilities employ one or more information systems personnel of their own. While our team is dedicated to providing MEDITECH software support to your organization, we are also available to supplement and assist with other IT projects. The SISU Support Center is the single point of contact for all service requests. The support staff located at our sites use the Support Center to streamline and simplify user request procedures. The facilities' internal IT staff retrieve their work requests from SISU's Support Center software.
Succession management is an added bonus to your support. Our large number of staff can ensure smooth operations at your facility should any of your IT staff be unavailable.
Decision-making support
Have you ever found yourself or your staff making IT decisions that you are less than comfortable making?
