To ensure that your conference has reserved space on the network, a reservation is required, preferrably two weeks prior to the conference. If a connection out of Sisu’s membership has not been made previously, a reservation is also required to perform testing with the remote site. These reservations will ensure that your conference is well prepared for, with staff to perform the work and the appropriate transmission space.Please follow you facility’s policy for reserving the room, camera, equipment and other necessary items.
