Job Summary:

• Create and oversee the design of the SISU training program.
• Coordinate all aspects of training opportunities.
• Ensure resource (trainer, room, equipment, etc) availability for all training programs.
• Determine areas of training needed through utilizing the data stored in house as well as visiting our member sites to gather feedback.
• Provides accurate and timely communication for our members with outstanding training questions/needs.
• Performs related duties and responsibilities as required.
• This is a full-time, Monday – Friday position.
• Some travel is required. Must have valid driver's license.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Educational requirements include a BS/BA in business, business administration, communications or 3 to 5 years of equivalent training experience.

Marketing Internship Opportunity

SISU Medical Solutions, LLC, a healthcare information technology organization, located in Duluth, Minnesota will be offering a paid internship opportunity for the spring semester of 2009. 

Qualifications

We are looking for a junior or senior student with either a marketing or business background who will be able to work approximately 10 hours per week.

Intern Position Summary   

The marketing internship position will focus on the following:

• Research hospital statistics in Minnesota and the greater Midwest.
• Analyze and compile the statistical data into a usable format from which to draw marketing conclusions.
• Identify strategies to market to those  hospitals
• Participate in the development of a marketing strategy/plan for SISU.
